Earthworks & backfill in Douala
Excavation, grading and backfilling carried out with our own equipment fleet, on your site in Douala and across the Littoral.
Earthworks are the first stage of any project: without a properly prepared site, nothing solid holds. STIS handles the full range of ground-preparation operations — excavation, trenching, grading, stripping and backfilling — with its own equipment fleet.
Graders, excavators and loaders: we work with our own machines, without subcontracting the equipment. You deal with a single company, from the initial stripping through to compacted backfill, ready to build on.
Because we extract our own sand and fill material, we supply the site without depending on an outside supplier: backfill volumes keep pace with the progress of the works, with no interruption.

Frequently asked questions
Do you carry out earthworks before construction?
Yes. We prepare the site — excavation, grading, backfilling — before the foundations, and we also handle the construction and civil engineering that follow. You can entrust the whole project to a single company.
Do you supply the fill material to build up the site?
Yes. We extract our own sand and fill material, which we deliver and place directly on your site in the volumes required. Give us the area and we will draw up a quote.
Do you have your own earthmoving equipment?
Yes. STIS operates its own equipment fleet — graders, excavators, loaders — which we mobilise on your works in Douala and across the Littoral, without hiring in equipment from outside.
